Our Mission

The mission of The Launch Project is to build critical skills and equitable opportunities in areas of business, politics, and STEM for all girls- irrespective of socioeconomic differences. Our goal is to empower, educate, and develop girls to become tomorrow's female leaders, change makers, and entrepreneurs.

Our strategic goals include:

• Empower enterprising girls through education, sharing experiences from female leaders, and building a strong and supportive mentorship community

• Organize workshops, competitions, panels, a Business Summit, and interviews with successful leaders

• Educate and ignite leadership passion of students regarding the scope and diversity of career opportunities available in business, politics, and STEM

• Develop leadership and integral life skills such as financial literacy, networking, and other life skills to develop future women leaders

• Connect and unite local chapters and peers. Build the organizational networks and also include girls from underserved communities
